I understand that my pet will be treated with the utmost loving care and attention in this establishment ♥
I leave my dog at my own risk. I understand that in an emergency should a vet be required at any time during the grooming process, that the cost incurred will be payable by me, the customer.
I understand the groomer is not held liable for any underlying skin or health problems that grooming may expose.
I understand the groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur when grooming dogs with behavioural problems.
I understand that if my dog's coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off the coat depending on how severe the matting is, as per the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
I understand an additional cost may be incurred for the added groom time and wear & tear of equipment used for dogs that require matted coat removal.
I understand that cancelling an appointment within 48 hours of the allotted time will result in a full cancellation fee of the service booked.
I agree to my dogs photo being taken and used for the business website gallery and social media Y / N
